These terms apply to anyone using NZ Game Corner at nzgamecorner.com. By entering the hub, you confirm that you agree to them.
1. Age requirement
The hub is intended for adults aged 18 and over only. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Free-to-play nature
NZ Game Corner is a free social gaming hub. All games are free to access and play in your browser. There are no subscriptions, paid tiers or premium features.
3. Virtual coins have no value
Virtual coins shown in any game are an internal scoring mechanism only. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or withdrawn, and are not redeemable for any prize, cash, gift card, voucher or service.
4. No payments or purchases
We do not process payments, accept deposits or facilitate withdrawals. We do not store payment details. There is no e-wallet on the site.
5. No real-money gambling
The hub does not offer real-money gambling, sports betting, lotteries, online casino, prize draws or any product regulated under the Gambling Act 2003 in New Zealand. Games are entertainment only and outcomes do not result in any real-world payout.
6. Local storage

7. Visual-only Register and Log in
The Register and Log in pages are visual previews only. They do not create an account, store credentials or authenticate any user. No real account system, password storage or session management is in operation on the hub.

You agree not to use the hub for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with normal operation of the site, and not to misrepresent the hub as a real-money gambling product.
9. Disclaimer
The hub is provided “as is” for entertainment. We make no guarantees about availability, uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors. Game outcomes are pseudo-random and produced locally in your browser.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, NZ Game Corner and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the hub. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
11. Responsible play
